Ford Meter Box is accepting resume submissions for an Environmental Engineering Intern for the 2025/2026 school year. The position is onsite and has some flexibility around academic schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with environmental sample collection and analysis.
- Conduct construction observation and documentation.
- Help prepare engineering drawings, figures, and design documents using related software.
- Assist with data management, review, and calculation preparation.
- Support the preparation of reports and project documentation.
- May be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and wear appropriate safety gear.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a closely related field. 3.00 GPA or higher is required. Sophomore year must be complete.
- Basic knowledge of environmental engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with engineering software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
